However, we make no representations or warranties that access to this Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Similarly, it is not guaranteed that the content that can be accessed through this Website will be free of error or cause damage.

Likewise, the Company reserves the right to monitor access to and/or use of the Website as well as to adopt necessary technical measures in order to verify that use is being made in accordance with these Terms of Use and current legislation and, consequently, reserves the right, without prior notice,  the right to suspend, eliminate, limit or prevent access to the Website and/or the Services when anomalies or technical difficulties arise due to events or circumstances beyond their control that (i) reduce or cancel the security levels adopted for the proper functioning of the Website or (ii) for maintenance reasons.

ROCK INTERNET S.L. DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE AVAILABILITY, VERACITY, SCOPE OR ACCURACY OF SAID OFFERS OR FOR THE CONTINGENCIES OR DAMAGES DERIVED FROM THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE CONTRACTED WITH THE THIRD PARTY PROVIDER.
